"Cynhops" is a solo viola composition that developed as part of an improvisation with the dancer Cynthia Salgado, during rehearsals for the "BUSK" project by choreographer Aszure Barton, and her company, Aszure and Artists. It was conceived at the White Oak Dance Foundation in Florida.
